Capitalizing On Flow

“I literally let it flow when it feels the best”

Not every day flows the way you want it. Some days are better than others which is why you really have to take advantage of the days that are good. Some days when things just aren’t right and you’re not firing on all cylinders, find ways to overcome or mitigate where you are falling short. Cory does this by dictating articles rather than writing them because he knows his strength lies in speaking more so than writing. When things are flowing you have to make the most of that time because the state of flow is something that effective people try to build their lives around.

Recognize when you are flowing so you can keep moving and shut out distractions. When you are in the state of flow, shut it down, turn the faucets on and keep it going.
